Loomis Tack Supply LLC was established in 2007 by David and Phyllis Loomis. We are a family owned and operated business located in rural Southeast Kansas. We are a wholesale distributor only and do not sell directly to the public. Our dealers are located in seven states and are primarily independently owned tack shops, feed stores, hardware stores, and Farmer Cooperatives.
We carry name brand products from manufactures and importers. We also work with the central Missouri Mennonite community. They offer leather and nylon products of exceptional quality and value. Other individual craftsmen build unique products for us that we feel are of equal quality to major name brands but at a reduced cost to you. Our halters (for the 4-H bucket calf class) are the only halters on the market of that size that we are aware of.
We are a distributor for Mustang Mfg. products. We can get you any Mustang products at the very lowest price. Search their website then call us!
As country folks, it is our goal to provide a source of top quality products for rural America that will enhance your business bottom line. Therefore we offer to you:
1. No minimum order size or dollar amount
2. We pay all shipping cost in excess of $15.00 per order*
3. We guarantee all merchandise to your satisfaction upon receipt.
4. You deal directly with the owners.
TERMS: We sell to retail dealers and organizations with a current tax identification number only. Placement of an order constitutes agreement to pay for merchandise. There is no minimum order size or dollar amount. All prices are F.O.B. Iola Kansas.
CREDIT POLICY: All orders are to be paid for within 30 days of invoice date. Accounts 30 days past invoice date will be charged a 1 1/2% Monthly (18% APR) finance charge. Accounts 60 days past invoice date will be placed on a prepaid bases. We charge a $30.00 fee for insufficient funds or returned checks.
FREIGHT POLICY: Freight expense is the responsibility of the buyer and will be included on the invoice.
Loomis Tack will pay all shipping costs over $15.00 per order*
Update: MAXIMUM SHIPPING COSTS FOR STATES EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER AND WEST OF THE ROCKIES MAY BE $20.
Saddles will be shipped at an additional $20.00 per saddle cost. Shipment will be by UPS or United States Postal Service, whichever we deem least expensive or most expedient or your preference. There are no other handling costs charged.
CLAIMS: Claims for shortages in shipment or error in billing must be made to our office within one week of shipment by calling 620-365-7795. Claims for freight damage or loss should be made to the carrier as well as to Loomis Tack Supply.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE: Loomis Tack Supply must authorize returns. Tack is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship, however, if there is a problem please call us immediately. Items must be returned in unused condition.
BACK ORDERS: Back ordered items will be shipped on a per order authorization from customer.
PRICING: Loomis Tack Supply seeks to bring fair pricing to our customers. Our overhead is low so our prices are low also. However, when our costs go up, we must pass it on. Ask about volume discounts.
